Have been working all day (2.15) trying to get my wife's BB Storm 9530 to sync with our iMac. Worked fine until we she got a new BB on warranty after a new software push shut her original one down. After attempting 4 or 5 other protocols, buying a new USB cable and peripheral USB hub, and changing most of the settings on her memory option, this protocol worked for me after just the first 4 steps. BRAVO, BZ, and THANK YOU!!! The only thing I added was the sequence at the start of the sync: open PocketMac icon, plug BB into USB port, then hit the sync button.
